im going to practice this for awhile. the high leg lift seems to come natural to me. for some reason i want to shift my weight back and then push it forward.
took some time off to rest my arm this week. i did make some throws earlier shortening the rocker step and making sure not to shift my weight back toward 2nd base, keeping the momentum going forward. its hard to get the timing just right but i did it. i might do better throwing off a mound.
control is improving. as far as velocity goes if my calculations are right im somewhere between 65 and 68 mph. i timed it on camera with coach's eye. not great but hey thats faster then i was 2 months ago. maybe i can reach 70mph soon.
