Day 120: finally worked out arms for the first time in a couple weeks.
Preacher curls: 4 sets w/80lb
Concentration curls: 4 sets w/30lb db
Hammer curls: 4 sets w/30lb db's
Behind-the-back barbell wrist curls: 4 sets w/65lb
Wrist roller: 1 set w/20,30, and 40lb increase
Kind of a back-to-the-basics arm workout and it was really good. I was surprised at how good my arms felt. Did some sprinting and explosive drills. First just straight sprints, about 40 yards, then uphill sprints on a flight of stairs (don't know how great that is for my knees), then some explosive stair jumps w/sprint finish. It was rough because I haven't been doing cardio but will definitely start doing it more especially in the baseball season.
