Day 96: Did chest and abs:
Bench press: 4 sets w/135lb
Db bench press: 4 sets w/50lb db's
Incline db flys: 4 sets w/30lb db's
Machine flys: 4 sets w/110lb
Knee raise & Sit-up superset: 2 sets
Pretty basic chest workout. Finishing with the machine flys was great cause they stretched out the chest really well. Will definitely be doing that more often. I can see how starting with them could be effective as well cause they get the blood flowing in the chest. So I haven't been making progress on my bench at all. I've tried going down in weight, going up in weight, staying at the same weight, everything! haha. I can't seem to get 135 for 12 reps which i don't understand considering my weight and height. I've heard it's because i have long arms but my brother has longer arms then me (plus he's 6' 5") and he can bench 315 pretty easily. anyway guess i'll just keep working on it and focus on throwing more.
