Day 71: Biceps and forearms:
Standing alternating db curls: 4 sets w/30lb db's
Straight-bar cable curls: 4 sets w/100lb
Standing alternating db hammer curls: 4 sets w/20lb db's
Behind-the-back barbell wrist curl/EZ curl bar reverse-grip, close-grip curl/Wrist roller superset: 8 sets, barbell wrist curl w/65lb, EZ bar curls w/40lb, wrist roller w/30lb
Great bicep workout and the best forearm workout of my life. Biceps was great because I went from light, lots of reps, to heavy, as many reps as possible, then back to light, lots of reps. After 8 sets of the forearm superset my forearms were burning. They are so sore right now haha. Also finally took some bp and threw a little long toss. Took some ground balls at third as well. my feet are too slow so i'm going to have to start doing the agility ladder again.
