Day 26: Before weight lifting did a band workout. also did some mobility stretches & exercises and agility footwork. did back and abs:
Pulldowns: 1st set w/80lb, 2nd set w/90lb, next 2 w/100lb
Seated cable rows: 1st set w/80lb, 2nd set w/90lb, next 2 w/100lb
T-bar rows: 1st set w/95lb, next 3 w/145lb
Rack pulls/Hyperextensions superset: Rack pulls 4 sets w/115lb and hyperextensions would match reps w/pulls which was 12-15 reps
Sit-up, Leg raise & Reverse crunch, plank superset: 3 sets
Hit the heavy bag for a little bit when I got home. I know it was a productive day cause i'm tired now. Also got my learners permit woo! looking back at last time i did back my workout is pretty similar same w/abs. Gotta mix things up a little bit more. also i need to start doing deadlifts, i've heard a lot of people say there dangerous so i've kind of stayed away from them but the more i look into it, it seems like its a necessity for pitchers so i'll do them tomorrow.
