Day 204: Shoulders and abs:
Standing Arnold presses: 4 sets w/30lb db's
Lateral db raises: 4 sets w/10lb db's
Reverse, close grip E-Z curl bar seated presses: 4 sets w/40lb
Seated barbell presses in smith machine: 4 sets w/65lb
Lying leg raise/Straight-legged hip raise/Sit-up superset: 4 sets
Well, it was a great year, lots of progression and lessons learned. Just thankful for another year and if I'm blessed with another one hopefully I can make some more progression. I'm going to begin a new log starting tomorrow so peace out "2015 pitching log".
