I tried, but it's not working. _________________ Don't ever walk a batter. Hit him instead, takes less pitches. |

This is my 2 seam fastball, I tend to chop my pitches so it has a lot of downward movement.
This is my slider, I hold my fingers parallel to the seams because my arm motion gets me more break on it than the conventional grip.
This is my forkball; it's a very good pitch but it takes a lot out of my arm so I use it rarely.
This is my knuckleball grip; the knuckleball is one of my favorite pitches but I can never throw it consistently so this is just a junk pitch I toss from time to time.
This is my knuckle curve grip. I've thrown this for years; it has very tight spin and drops over a foot 12 to 6.
This is my screwball; I usually chop down the side of the ball so pronating in the opposite direction is very difficult but extremely effective late in the count. This pitch is occasionally faster than my fastball.
And finally, my greatest creation; the Screwdriver, this is a changeup held with the middle and ring fingers across the seams and the thumb directly below. When I throw it I turn my thumb towards the ground and it comes out of my hand with a tumbling screwball spin. It moves about 15 mph slower than my fastball and breaks down and in to a RHB.
Phew, well, there's my repetoire. I can throw them all for strikes but I only pick and choose 4 or 5 per game. _________________ 5'9" / 185 lbs / Varsity Pitcher
